1918 - Bicycle Road Race.

A bicycle road race, promoted by Messrs. Stahl and Upham of Gulgong, will be held on Saturday, August 17. The race will commence from Mayne-Street, Gulgong, and thence to Home Rule and back. The first prize is £1 and a Speedwell gold

medal valued at £ 2 2/, second prize 10/. The nomination fee is 2/, and nominations close with Mr. H. Smith, ___ Stahl and Upham, Gulgong, August 15.

GULGONG TO HOME RULE.

A 14-mile road race was held on Saturday from Gulgong to Home Rule and back. The prizes were a gold medal and £1 first, and 10/ second. Results:
