ALFRED MOORE O'BRIEN

Edward McCulloch of Gulgong had seven children, one of whom was Kathleen who married Alfred Moore O'Brien on 7 May 1907 in Gulgong. 

Alfred was born in Crudine near Sofala on 5 March 1885 and the son of James O'Brien and Mary Jane Moore. James O'Brien was a wheelwright, and later hotelkeeper, from Clonmel, Ireland and was born circa 1852.

James and Mary Jane's children included:

• Charles J - born 1888
• Robert S - born 1890
• James - born 1893

Kathleen O'Brien nee McCulloch died 30 May 1925 in Paddington. Alfred Moore O'Brien died 16 Aug 1951 and is buried at Sofala (Catholic).
