Haley's Cottage is at Lot 2 of Section 42 (Gulgong). It was originally owned by W C Corlette, a banker in the goldrush era. In the 1970s, Pat Kerlin, who also worked at Goodiman, owned this cottage. A 1986 Conservation Study describes the house as an "1870s weatherboard workers cottage in original (but worn) condition in excellent grounds".
