1933 - WEDDING - Copper — Gardiner
THE wedding of two very well known and popular residents of Two Mile Flat took place at the Gulgong Roman Catholic Church yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon when Mr Ernest Clarence Copper, son of Mr and Mrs E. H. Copper, was married to Miss Vera Mary Gardiner, daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Gardiner. Father Crowe officiated.
This paper wishes the happy couple the very best of health and prosperity for the future.

1941 - DEATHS - Mr. Ernest H. Copper
THOUGH not unexpected, the death of Mr. Ernest H. Copper, of Two Mile Flat, caused widespread regret. Deceased, who was 65 years of age, had been in bad health for about four years and had been a patient many times in the Gulgong and Mudgee District Hospitals during that period.
Better known as 'Ernie' Copper, deceased took a keen interest in cricket, a game he played with enthusiasm in his younger days. He was a good supporter of worthy causes in and around Gulgong; particularly was his presence and support in evidence at public functions and sports meetings held in and around Yamble, Mebul and Two Mile Flat. He was a good supporter of the Gulgong Show Society, having been a committeeman for very many years.
It is believed that the late Mr. Copper was born at Coonamble. Besides a widow, the following family is left to mourn: Messrs. Ernest Clarence (Cobbora road), Eric James (Cobbora road), Walter Raymond (Two Mile Flat), Mesdames W. Walsh (Sydney), P. Smith (Mudgee), L. Honeysett (Mudgee).
The funeral took place to the Presbyterian portion of the Gulgong cemetery, the Rev. W. L. I. Arnold officiating. Our sympathy is extended.
THE death took place in the Gulgong District Hospital on Monday evening, June 22. of Mr. Arthur Gardiner, of Two Mile Flat, aged 76 years.
A native of the Gulgong district, the late Mr. Gardiner was for many years a landholder at Two Mile Flat, where he was held in high regard.
His wife pre-deceased him some years ago.
The following grown-up family are left to mourn their loss: Messrs. James, Harry and Leslie Gardiner, all of Two Mile Flat; Mrs. Clarrie Copper, Cobbora Road, and Miss Muriel Gardiner, Two Mile Flat.
The funeral took place to the R.C. portion of the Gulgong Ceme tery on Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Father Crowe officiating. Our sympaihy is extended.
1953 - MRS. E. M. COPPER
The death of a former Two Mile Flat resident, Mrs. Ethel May Copper, occurred in Mudgee District Hospital on June 27 at the age of 75 years.
Deceased, whose husband, Mr. E. H. Copper, predeceased her some years ago, was highly respected and esteemed. For several years past she had resided at Mudgee. The late Mrs. Copper was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Cummings, of the Mudgee district.
The following grown up family survive: Messrs. Ernest C. Copper (Cobbora Road and Gulgong); Eric J. Copper (Langley Downs, Gulgong); Walter R. Copper (Beryl); Mesdames William Walsh (Burwood); Louis Honeysett (Mudgee); and Percy Smith (Mudgee).
The funeral took place at Mudgee. Our sincere sympathy is extended to the bereaved ones.
