HIS EXCELLENCY the GOVERNOR has been pleased to direct, that the following List of Towns and Stations, with the Distances in Miles from Sydney, be published for general Information.

GRANTS OF LAND.

THE following descriptions of Grants of Land, with the names of the Persons to whom they were respectively promised, are published for general information, in order that all Parties concerned may have an opportunity of correcting any errors and omissions which may have been made inadvertently. And Notice is hereby given, that, at the end of three months from the present date, unless written caveats be previously lodged in this Office, Deeds of Grant will be prepared accordingly.
It is requested that all Christian and Surnames may be communicated to this Office at full length, together with the intended name of the Property, and the present residence of the Parties.

140. RICHARD ROUSE, 1200, One thousand two hundred Acres, Parish unnamed, at Guntawang, commencing at the Cudgegong River, and bounded on the South by a line East ninety-four chains; on the East by a line North eighty chains; on the North by a line West two hundred and forty chains to Wialdar Creek; and on the West and South-west by that creek and the Cudgegong River to the commencing corner.

Promised by Sir Thomas Brisbane on 21st March, 1825. Quit-rent £9 sterling per annum, commencing 1st January, 1831.

76. Phillip—1280, Twelve hundred and eighty acres, at Guntawang, near Mudgee; bounded on the north by Mr. Rouse's 4000 acres purchase ; on the west by the Cudgegong River, 1 mile: on the south by the section line ; and on the east by a line to include the quantity. Applied for by E. Rouse.

Phillip—640, Six hundred and forty acres, at Guntawong, near Mudgee ; bounded on the north by the continuation of the south boundary of Rouse's 4000 acres; on the east by the Cudgegong River; on the south by the section line dividing it from lot 78 ; and on the west by a line to include the quantity. Applied for by E. Rouse.
